LIFE PRISTINE Open Day

Under that year’s theme, ‘Circular solutions for a competitive EU,’ the LIFE PRISTINE Open Day showcased cutting-edge water treatment technologies that promoted a circular, pollution-free Europe in a hybrid format (Murcia, Spain and online).

The event began with a presentation of the LIFE PRISTINE project, followed by showcases of related EU-funded initiatives, including two other LIFE projects: LIFE BIODAPH2O and LIFE WARRIOR.  These sessions highlighted collaborative efforts and synergies in the field of sustainable water reuse.

An innovation chat titled ‘Breakthrough Technologies for Wastewater Reuse’ brought together experts to discuss emerging solutions and transformative approaches. The day concluded with a visit to the LIFE PRISTINE pilot plant, offering attendees a firsthand look at the project’s innovative water treatment system in action.
