H2OBUS - Reduce the use of fresh surface or groundwater to wash buses by demonstrating alternatives such as rainwater harvesting, wastewater recycling and water-free waxing.
Green Adapt - A climate adaptation system using blue and green infrastructures that aims to improve resilience in landfills.
GreenLED - Addresses the issue of drinking water shortages by providing an innovative circular approach to rainwater harvesting, storage, cleaning and application.
Hyreward - Assess the technical and economic feasibility of a new and more sustainable desalination process combining reverse osmosis and reverse electrodialysis.
Innovation Fund projects
FUREC - Transforms non-recyclable solid waste streams into hydrogen and provides circular feedstock to the chemicals industry.
Ecoplanta - Revolutionises municipal solid waste management by using non-recyclable materials rejected by sorting centers to produce circular chemicals and advanced biofuels.
PULSE - Pretreats and upgrades liquefied waste plastic and integrates them into refinery operations.
W4W - Recovers landfill gas as grid-compliant biomethane.
SC-HOOP - Recycles plastic waste into materials to produce new polymers suitable for all applications.
