CEF support to the Rhine-Danube TEN-T Corridor

The Rhine-Danube Core Network Corridor is the transport backbone linking Central and South-Eastern Europe. The Corridor includes around 5,800 km of rail network, 4,500 km of roads and 3,900 km of waterways.

The report contains information on the progress of Agency-supported projects in the Rhine-Danube Core Network Corridor.

The Rhine-Danube Core Network Corridor is the transport backbone linking central and southeastern Europe. Running from the Strasbourg area and South-West Germany to the Romanian ports of the Black Sea and the Slovak-Ukrainian border (in two distinct branches), it comprises intermediate sections in nine Member States, and connects them to neighbouring countries Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Moldova and Ukraine.
