The EU Sustainable Energy Week Policy Conference takes place from 25 to 28 October 2021, and applicants can already submit their applications until 10 May at 17.00 CEST.
The sessions, which can take a number of different formats, are an opportunity to focus on key issues in sustainable energy, as well as to debate developments in policy and research, discuss best practices, and exchange ideas.

Potential applicants find full explanation of the eligibility conditions and application information in the guidelines but here are a few things to bear in mind when preparing to apply:
- Sessions last 90 minutes and can be designed as a workshop, panel, presentation or any other interactive format
- Sessions should be free from commercial interest and applicants aiming to promote specific products or services are not eligible
- Sessions should adhere to the principles of gender balance, plurality of opinion and interactivity
