The award-winning CarbFix EU-funded projects continue to grab the headlines with its growing global potential of its CO2 mineralisation technology used.

The project has already featured on the BBC and BBC World and has welcomed numerous high-level visitors such as the former German Chancellor Angela Merkel showcasing its success story. The project also appeared at the UN and continues to help reverse climate change and shape the EU Green Deal to try to ultimately make the EU climate-neutral by 2050. The project also appeared on the "Down to Earth" Netflix travel around the world series with US actor Zac Efron, exploring healthy and sustainable ways to live.

The latest high-level visitors to visit the groundbreaking EU funded H2020 Energy Carbfix projects turning CO2 into stone were the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Icelandic Prime Minister Katrin Jakobsdottir, Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo, Swiss President Alain Berset and Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa.
