Saker Falcon Conference - Life for FALCONS

The LIFE for Falcons event aims to gather species experts to share their experiences in saker falcon conservation and research. It will include a general plenary, poster session, round tables, and a small mammal conservation side event. Registration is due to open on 1 May and close on 21 July. 
The research topics that could be presented during the conference may include the following themes: Saker Falcon status and research; threats to falcons; Saker Falcon conservation; conservation biology of small mammals. As part of the conference, the symbolic hosts from Green Balkans will organise and cover the costs for all meals and will organise a field trip to the Saker Falcon breeding habitats and to the Saker Falcon reintroduction sites in Bulgaria.
