Description
Lesser kestrel numbers have dwindled dramatically over the past century. The team behind the LIFE-ZEPAURBAN project is developing a management model to support the bird’s long-term conservation in Spain’s Extremadura region.
The team will hold an online international congress on this pressing issue from 29 June to 2 July.
With national and international experts present, this is an opportunity to learn more about the lesser kestrel’s situation and its conservation.
It will also be a chance to take stock of the project’s results. And participants will discover other conservation projects and initiatives throughout the lesser kestrel’s distribution area.
