LIFE at Pollutec 2024

Pollutec, the premier international trade show focused on environmental and climate solutions, took place in Paris on 26–27 November, featuring active participation from the LIFE Programme.

The two-day event gathered professionals from various sectors to present innovative strategies for tackling critical issues such as biodiversity loss, pollution, and climate change, with a special emphasis on European environmental challenges.

The LIFE Programme had a prominent presence at Pollutec. The Programme's participation included a series of high-profile conference sessions and a dedicated exhibition stand within the institutional hall to answer questions.

Key activities included a keynote speech by Paloma Aba Garrote, CINEA's director, during the opening session on Tuesday, 26 November, where LIFE presented its role in achieving the European Green Deal objectives.

On Tuesday afternoon, 26 November,  LIFE will host a case study session, sharing best practices from selected projects and showcasing the impact and results of LIFE projects.

On Wednesday, 27 November, LIFE organised two sessions on Green Assist and a workshop showcasing LIFE Programme close to market projects (C2M)
