Fraud is a deliberate act of deception intended for personal gain or to cause a loss to another party.
CINEA is strongly committed to fight against fraud or other serious irregularities with a potentially negative impact for EU public funds.
If you come across such a situation and you would like to report on it, you can contact OLAF, the Commission Service which investigates fraud against the EU budget.

Report fraud online via a webform (non-anonymous, ie. name and email address are required, with no possibility to transmit documents).
