The results of the first CINEA services satisfaction survey are out.
In 2022, CINEA performed a services satisfaction survey reaching out to ca. 2, 400 applicants, beneficiaries and contractors. The results are very positive as 93% of the respondents said that they were satisfied with the Agency’s services. The survey also allowed the Agency to collect ideas for improvement, which will be implemented in 2023, followed by a new exercise in 2024. Many thanks to all respondents who took part!
