Survey on PSLF implementation - have your say

The European Commission’s Directorate General Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) is currently conducting a study to support the interim evaluation of the Public Sector Loan Facility (PSLF). The PSLF is the third pillar of the Just Transition Mechanism. It aims to support investments by public sector entities meeting development needs resulting from the social, economic and environmental challenges deriving from the transition towards EU climate objectives as identified in the Territorial Just Transition Plans approved by the European Commission.

The purpose of the study is to assess the current state of implementation of the Facility with a view to providing lessons learnt which could be used to improve PSLF implementation.

We are kindly asking for your feedback on the PSLF. You can participate in the survey until Friday, September 6, 2024.

The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and is also available in German, Spanish, Italian, Polish and French.

It is designed to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to protect personal data and respect to privacy in line with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. Your data will only be used for the purposes of this evaluation. The results of the survey will be published in an aggregate form and the anonymity of respondents will be preserved.
