CINEA has just released a summary of the results of its 2024 CINEA services satisfaction survey. Conducted biennially, the survey assesses the quality of the Agency's performance as regards the services provided to applicants and beneficiaries and allows CINEA to maintain high performance standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
With over 800 respondents from all EU countries, the 2024 survey gathered insights across all CINEA-managed programmes. The overall positive results affirm the Agency’s quality services, highlighting the professionalism of its staff. The respondents’ valuable feedback also enables CINEA to enhance its services, focusing on better beneficiary support.
