Study to support the implementation of obligations set out in the Single Use Plastics and Port Reception Facilities Directives

This ‘Study to support the implementation of obligations set out in the Single Use Plastics Directive and Port Reception Facilities Directive’ will inform the two implementing acts foreseen in the Single Use Plastics (SUP) and Port Reception Facilities (PRF) Directives by providing proposals for a coherent monitoring and reporting framework for the fishing gear placed on the market in the EU Member States; the waste fishing gear and the passively fished waste collected in ports.
