Executive report on the performance of BUILD UP and options for the way forward

This report is the final report of the Assessment of BUILD UP platform, a study commissioned by the European Commission’s European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA). The purpose of this report is to present the assessment of the performance of BUILD UP based on the research and analysis carried out within the study.
