The aim of this study, which has been prepared by Ricardo on behalf of the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), is to evaluate the impact of 41 projects receiving funding from the Intelligent Energy – Europe II (IEE-II)1 programme (2007-2013) and the Energy Efficiency calls within the Horizon 2020 programme (2014-2020).2 The 41 projects sought to increase the market uptake of cost-effective energy efficiency measures within the industry and services sectors.
