Concerted Actions on the Energy Efficiency Directive
The Concerted Actions on the Energy Efficiency Directive (CA EED) provides a forum for EU Members States plus Norway to exchange experiences and collaborate on the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive. Member States can learn from each other, avoid pitfalls and build on the successful approaches of others for an effective transposition of the Energy Efficiency Directive into national law.
The CA EED primarily involves the national authorities or bodies appointed and entrusted with implementing the Directive.
Concerted Action on the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive
The Concerted Action on the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (CA EPBD) is a joint initiative between the EU Member States and the European Commission. It involves representatives of national ministries or their affiliated institutions who are in charge of preparing the technical, legal and administrative framework for the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive in each EU Member State, plus Norway. The objective is to enhance the sharing of information and experiences from national adoption and implementation of this important European legislation.

The Concerted Action on the Renewable Energy Directive (CA RES) is a joint initiative between the EU Member States and the European Commission. It involves representatives of national ministries or their affiliated institutions who are in charge of preparing the technical, legal and administrative framework for the Renewable Energy Directive in each EU Member State, plus Norway. The objective is to enhance the sharing of information and experiences from national adoption and implementation of this important European legislation. The CA RES supports the effective transposition and implementation of the RES Directive.
Concerted Action on market surveillance
The aim of the Concerted Action on market surveillance (EEPLIANT3) is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the market surveillance work undertaken across the EU on the Ecodesign Directive and the Energy Labelling Regulation. Participants include market surveillance authorities (MSAs) from Member States and Turkey, as well as selected stakeholders that are members of the Ecodesign and Energy Labelling Consultation Forum.
Consultation Forum for Sustainable Energy in the Defence and Security Sector
The Consultation Forum for Sustainable Energy in the Defence and Security Sector (CF SEDSS) aims at bringing together experts from the defence and energy sectors to share information and best practices on improving energy management, energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy as well increasing the protection and resilience of defence energy-related critical infrastructures.
