For the many researchers and R&D professionals working across CINEA-supported projects, this is an opportunity to share your experience and help shape future policy on R&D careers. The insights generated by the survey will help policymakers and the wider community understand how R&D work and careers are evolving.

The survey is open to everyone working in R&D. It takes around 10 minutes to complete, and all answers are strictly confidential.

Take the R&D Careers Survey 2026

Every response counts. Share your experience and help shape the future of R&D careers!

The survey is part of OECD’s Research and Innovation Careers Observatory (ReICO), which brings together internationally comparable evidence on R&D careers across more than 50 countries.
