Webinar Series: Introducing and using software for resilient site management

On 16 April, the LIFE European Networks for Private Land Conservation (ENPLC) project hosts a webinar on the use of software programmes for nature management.

LIFE ENPLC Webinar 16 April

Natuurmonumenten is a private nature management organisation in the Netherlands managing over 100 000 hectares of land. To improve and make management more efficient and transparent, Natuurmonumenten uses various software programmes.

This webinar will show how Natuurmonumenten uses the Conservation Management System international (CMSi) and the geographical information system software QGIS to support nature management. In addition, attention will be paid to the experiences gained in implementing a new method for management recording and the use of software over the past 5 years.

The online event is organised in the context of the Eurosite Management Planning Expert Group (EMPEG) and the LIFE ENPLC project

This is the second webinar in the webinar series 'Improving transparency, confidence and resilience in site management to support Protected Areas Management Effectiveness (PAME)'. The first webinar took place on 10 April.
