CINEA will present key results of a study assessing the impact of 41 EU-funded projects (both Intelligent Energy Europe-II and H2020 programmes), which focused on supporting the uptake of energy efficiency measures in the Industry and Services sectors.

Description
The study, conducted with the support of RICARDO, outlines the role that the projects have played in improving the energy efficiency of participating companies as well as their market position. Furthermore, the study provides a number of lessons learnt and recommendations aiming at facilitating the clean energy transition of EU companies in light of the ambitious target set by the European Commission to make the EU the first carbon neutral continent by 2050.
The webinar will also present additional findings from EASME’s industry stakeholder survey on “Critical challenges and opportunities in energy efficiency and renewable energy”, which includes industry perspectives on the most pressing market priorities and content gaps.
