LIFEproETV will hold a webinar on 22 March, focusing on EU Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) as a tool for green innovations in public tenders.
- green public procurement
Cities and territories have strong incentives to invest in innovative green solutions for sustainable development, but do not have access to clear and verifiable criteria which allow them to incorporate environmental considerations into their tendering while complying with the requirements of European Directives and national public procurement regulations.
This webinar will present the ETV scheme and how it can aid green public procurement and innovation procurement throughout the procurement stages. It will also explain to developers and suppliers of innovative environmental technologies how ETV can bring them a competitive advantage.
LIFEproETV is exploring the promotion, market acceptance and recognition of ETV.
