Voices of Change: Success stories shaping Europe’s buildings

Across Europe, governments, cities, and citizens have been navigating one of the most meaningful transformations the building sector has ever undertaken: the implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).

The “Voices of Change” conference showcased real-world case studies, demonstrating practical successes in building renovation and decarbonisation. These stories provided a foundation for discussing how local successes could be scaled and replicated across Europe.

This event also marked the end of the LIFE project EPBD.wise:  an EU-funded initiative that had been supporting policymakers in implementing the EPBD over the last three years.
