Thermal Energy Decarbonization Summit 2024 (TEDS24)

TEDS24, a free event under the LIFE HI4S project, will focus on advancing industrial decarbonisation that brings together idea creators, technology developers, industry professionals, and policymakers to explore the latest innovations in technology deployment, address challenges, and discuss future trends in the sector. 

With dynamic sessions held in both English and Spanish, the event will focus on strategies for decarbonising industrial thermal energy, particularly at medium to high temperatures, and highlight technologies like power-to-heat, solar-to-heat, waste heat recovery, and more.

About LIFE HI4S

The LIFE HI4S project aims to establish an innovative and cost-effective combined heat and electricity production plant that utilises the waste heat from the off-gas of an electric arc furnace (EAF). This initiative seeks to reduce energy input by implementing thermal energy storage technologies and optimising energy balance.
