On 14 November 2025, CINEA together with DG REGIO and the European Investment Bank (EIB) are organising an online Info Day on the Public Sector Loan Facility (PSLF) under the Just Transition Mechanism (JTM). The info day will focus on the second call for proposals under the Public Sector Loan Facility.
This new call, published on 23 October 2025, is open to all EU Member States on a competitive basis. €630 million in EU grants is available for the 2026-2027 period with four intermediary submission cut-off dates.
The Info Day will present:
- The main features of the PSLF and its role as the third pillar of the JTM, supporting a fair transition toward climate neutrality.
- Practical insights into how the PSLF helps public sector entities and private entities with a public service mission to finance projects addressing social, environmental and economic challenges linked to the green transition.
- The requirements of the second call for proposals, including the grant and loan components, application process and available advisory support.
- Lessons learnt from the first PSLF call.
- Good practices and practical tips to prepare a successful proposal.
The Info Day will be web streamed and registered participants will receive a link to join a few days prior to the event.
