LIFE Supporting Studies PEF A&F final event

The official launch of the Apparel and Footwear Product Environmental Footprint Category Rules (PEFCR) marked the conclusion of the five-year  LIFE Supporting Studies PEF A&F project, which aimed to develop a standardised environmental assessment methodology for the apparel and footwear sector. Representatives of the European Parliament, the European Commission, and key industry stakeholders were expected to attend.

A morning coffee reception was followed by a two-hour launch session and a standing lunch reception. The full programme was to be provided closer to the date of the event.
