Description
The event will bring together scientists, forest engineers, authorities and civil society representatives to present approaches and solutions to adapt Mediterranean forests to the changing climate and ensure they continue to deliver vital ecosystem services.
Participants will share the expertise collected and results achieved by LIFE RESILIENT FORESTS and other projects in applying sustainable forest management solutions to Mediterranean forest areas and quantifying their environmental and socio-economic outcomes at the local and regional levels.
The event programme includes presentations from the LIFE MIDMACC and LIFE ADAPT-ALEPPO projects.
