LIFE projects at ALL4Climate – Italy 2021

Various LIFE projects will hold online side events during ALL4Climate. More information and registration in the below links. 

LIFE METRO ADAPT 

The LIFE METRO ADAPT project will participate in the debate from 21 to 28 September 2021 with different activities spread over several days. These activities include a side event on the 21st that will focus on: 

Strategies and measures for climate change adaptation in the Metropolitan City of Milan 

SU-EATABLE LIFE 

On 28 September, the SU-EATABLE LIFE team’s side event will explore: 

FOOD4CLIMATE - How to make canteens more sustainable 

LIFE DESERT-ADAPT 

On 30 September, LIFE DESERT-ADAPT will look at:  

Opportunities and challenges to adaptation and sustainable land management in Mediterranean countries under desertification risk 

About ALL4Climate 

All4Climate – Italy 2021 encompasses the complete line-up of climate events taking place in Italy this year. Its goal is simple: to make 2021 a landmark year for climate ambition. Launched by the Italian Ministry for Ecological Transition in collaboration with the World Bank Group’s Connect4Climate and with the Lombardy Region and the Municipality of Milan, All4Climate aims to foster proactive dialogue on the challenges of the climate crisis and deliver on the objectives of the Paris Agreement. 

All4Climate provides a unique opportunity for climate champions worldwide to contribute directly to this September’s Pre-COP meetings in Milan and November’s COP26, hosted by the UK in partnership with Italy.
