CINEA and DG Environment are organising an online LIFE Networking Meeting on mapping nature restoration actions in LIFE projects. The event will take stock of available georeferenced data and explore how it can support the implementation of biodiversity and nature policy across Europe.
Following a dedicated CINEA/DG Environment survey carried out in spring 2026, the meeting will bring LIFE project beneficiaries together to exchange experiences on collecting and using data on nature restoration actions, identify gaps and discuss priorities for further work.
The session will also explore how data generated by LIFE projects can contribute to evidence-based policymaking and the implementation of EU biodiversity and nature legislation.
Registration is by invitation only.
