LIFE IP ALL4Biodiversity webinar - Improving biodiversity via area-oriented collaboration from farmers to market

Biodiversity continued to decline in Natura 2000 sites across the Netherlands, which were strongly influenced by activities in surrounding areas. Since 2020, the LIFE IP ALL4Biodiversity project had worked to restore habitat-specific biodiversity through integrated, area-oriented collaboration. Project partners addressed threats to biodiversity associated with land use in surrounding areas by engaging all stakeholders, from land managers to farmers and market actors.

This webinar featured speakers from several countries sharing challenges, lessons learned, tools and success factors for effective cooperation. The session also explored economic incentives that encouraged biodiversity-friendly practices along the supply chain.
