Organised by Dir.bg, Bulgaria’s largest internet portal, the Forum has grown into one of Europe’s most influential platforms for dialogue on the continent’s transformation. It brings together political leaders, representatives of European institutions, businesses, academia and global partners to exchange ideas and shape future policies.
Over the years, the event has welcomed more than 20 000 participants and 1 200 speakers from 40 countries, establishing itself as a key meeting point in the Central and Eastern European region. Discussions cover a wide range of topics, including economic competitiveness, sustainability, policy innovation and European convergence.
The 2026 edition will focus on Europe’s evolving strategic agenda, exploring how the European Union can turn long-term priorities into concrete action by strengthening competitiveness, accelerating innovation and ensuring security in a rapidly changing global context.
The LIFE Programme and several LIFE projects will be present at the Forum with a dedicated booth, where participants will be able to learn more about projects supporting Europe’s green transition, exchange with project representatives, and explore funding opportunities.
