The LIFE Finance ClimAct project has just completed its first phase with concrete and operational contributions to the implementation of French and European policies for sustainable finance. Participants will discuss the project’s results, and the challenges that the world of finance still faces in contributing to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economic recovery.

LIFE Finance ClimAct
The project gathers eight key players in sustainable finance in France who are helping to develop new tools, methods and knowledge aimed at:
- supporting investments in energy-efficient and low-carbon industries.
- considering the double materiality of climate change in financial management and supervision.
- integrating environmental objectives into retail investors’ decisions.
The event is taking place as part of EU Green Week 2021.
