This event is part of a series of roundtables to discuss the opportunities for chefs to be part of a broader EU strategy for healthy and sustainable food systems. Three parallel sessions will focus on healthy, sustainable diets, food waste and technology tools for chefs. The aim is to produce a strategic paper – Climate Smart Chefs Vision 2030 – gathering the views and vision of food sector stakeholders to influence EU policy on food systems. This paper will be presented and reviewed during a final plenary roundtable on 7 June and published in July.
