LIFE Bridging the Gap’s final seminar will take place from 31 May to 2 June in-person and online.
- Linköping, Sweden
The three-day event will focus on the team’s work to improve the oak environments in 30 different Swedish Natura 2000 areas. This includes restoring oak habitats to pastures and meadows, setting up wood mould boxes for hermit beetles, creating stag beetle habitat piles, veteranising trees, planting many trees and bushes, and rearing and reintroducing great capricorn beetles.
There will also be a full day in the field with visits to Tinnerö and Åtvidsnäs nature reserves.
