Description
The International Symposium on Climate-Resilient Agri-Environmental Systems will take place from 4 – 6 November 2020.
Organised by University College Dublin’s Climate-Resilient Agri-Environmental Systems (CRAES) group, the theme of this virtual symposium is Contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs) through the Development of Climate-Resilient Agri-Environmental Systems.
The event will bring together key public and private sector actors to discuss ways of enhancing food production while mitigating any environmental impact.
A presentation on the LIFE programme and its contribution to sustainable agriculture is foreseen.
Also, a selection of LIFE projects that have successfully integrated innovative and replicable agricultural technologies and methodologies will feature.
