Industrial Energy Efficiency: Bi-Monthly open discussion forum

During this edition of the bi-monthly forum, the GEEE Task Force (Group of Experts on Energy Efficiency under the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe  (UNECE)  explored structured approaches to systemic efficiency and management in depth.

On this occasion, the LIFE Programme and the  LIFE CET Business family participated, sharing insights on fostering the clean energy transition in the business sector.

Key strategies for optimising energy and carbon management systems were discussed, including the use of KPIs, measurement and verification methods, and digital solutions.

Industry experts provided insights on how companies could assess their current state, set clear objectives, and implement effective frameworks to drive sustainable and resilient operations.
