The event will cover financing measures to reduce food waste through waste-to-energy valorisation. It will also focus on recommendations on food waste produced by the food industry, farms, large-scale distribution, the catering industry (hotels, restaurants, bars, HORECA) and consumers.
Speakers include CINEA’s Angelo Salsi, who will make a closing statement.
