Organised within the framework of the European Maritime Day 2023, this workshop showcased the contribution of EU projects funded by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) in accelerating the energy transition.
They demonstrated how EU programmes such as CEF, EMFAF, Horizon Europe, LIFE and the Innovation Fund make a consistent contribution to deliver the European Green Deal objectives and those of the Fitfor55 package, linked to cleaning our energy systems, greening port operations, growing cutting-edge clean technological innovation for offshore renewables while taking into account public policies and environmental impacts.
