CINEA projects at COP 30

COP, or the Conference of Parties, is an annual United Nations summit about the climate crisis. The conference is where the world comes together to discuss, negotiate and chart a course towards a more sustainable, climate-resilient future.

COP 30

The 30th UN Climate Change Conference (COP30) will be held from 10-21 November 2025 in Belém, Brazil. The summit brings parties together to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement.

Representing 27 Member States and more than 440 million citizens, a team of EU negotiators will be on the ground at the conference pushing the international community to strive for bolder action to cut emissions, adapt to the impacts of the climate crisis and commit the necessary finance to achieve the Paris Agreement objectives.

Alongside the negotiations, several side events feature CINEA-managed projects participating in discussions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities focused on climate action, clean energy innovation, and sustainable development.
