2025 LIFE Info Days for Italy

On 24-25 June (9:30 - 13:00, CEST), the LIFE National Contact Point for Italy – operating at the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security – will organise the 2025 LIFE Info Days for Italy.

The event is addressed to Italian LIFE applicants and potential applicants (public or private entities, including NGOs and civil society organisations) and represents a valuable opportunity not only to learn more about the features of the LIFE Programme, the novelties of the 2025-2027 period and the opportunities to create green and clean energy transition-related ideas thanks to the funding made available by the LIFE Calls for proposals for 2025, but also to: learn more about the submission, evaluation and selection process of project proposals and the financial aspects of LIFE; receive useful advice on how to submit a successful proposal; learn “facts and figures” about the implementation of LIFE in Italy and find out what support opportunities are available for Italian LIFE applicants and beneficiaries; and hear the concrete experience of an Italian project winner of the prestigious “LIFE Award” for the “Climate Action” category.

During the event, which will be held online via Teams and will be in Italian, you will be able to interact with some of the central players of LIFE in Europe and Italy, speakers of the 2025 LIFE Info Days for Italy:

• representatives from CINEA (for each LIFE sub-programme), the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency, which manages LIFE on behalf of the European Commission;
• the team of the LIFE National Contact Point for Italy, which carries out not only activities to promote the opportunities of LIFE and its annual calls, but also actions of direct support to Italian applicants for the submission of project proposals, as well as to the beneficiaries of LIFE projects implemented in our country to strengthen the dissemination of the results achieved and to foster their replication;
• representatives from two Italian universities that are LIFE beneficiaries: Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna and University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli.”
