Study for Reporting Obligations for Ocean Observation

An Ocean Observation Initiative might require Member States to report their observation activities in the future.

This study will deliver findings and recommendations with regard to this initiative, laying down the foundations for a harmonization of ocean observation reporting within the European Union.
