Single Framework Contract for the provision of technical, legal, scientific and logistical support for the ratification and early implementation of the High Seas Treaty

This Framework Contract aims to support the European Commission (mainly DG MARE) for the ratification and early implementation of the legally binding High Seas Treaty (adopted by the European Commission and the EU Member States) for the conservation and sustainable use of Marine Biodiversity of Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction (BBNJ).

This means the provision of specific and timely technical, legal, scientific advice and logistical support to organise political and technical events, to develop the High Ambition Coalition on BBNJ and the undertaking of studies and pilot projects.

Budget: EUR 7,000,000
