The LIFE CRAFT team will hold a seminar, ‘GHG assessment in agriculture, forestry and other land use’, via Zoom on 28 October.

This online event will look at existing methods of greenhouse gas accounting in agriculture, forestry and other land use and assess the possibilities for Earth observation data to support the monitoring.
It will gather specialists from the fields of monitoring and research as well as from the Copernicus programme and the European Commission.
Registration is open until 25 October.
About LIFE CRAFT
The LIFE CRAFT project will test no-till farming, biochar incorporation into soil and controlled drainage. The team’s goal is to reduce CO2 and other GHG emissions, present their methods to Latvian farmers and compile practical recommendations for their application.
