Food4Climate: Our Food Choices for Climate Action 

On 28 September, SU-EATABLE LIFE project partners and the Barilla Foundation will co-host an event on the importance of a sustainable and healthy diet for climate change mitigation.

This online side-event is being held as part of #All4Climate Italy 2021, an initiative that brings together all the 2021 climate events in Italy. 

As well as exploring the importance of our food choices for climate change mitigation, SU-EATABLE LIFE’s results and lessons learned will be presented.

The three-year SU-EATABLE LIFE project aims to demonstrate the potential of reducing CO2eq. emissions and water use related to food consumption in Europe through the adoption of healthy and more sustainable diets.
